Elijah Mission University (EMU) is EMI's flagship annual intensive — a four-day gathering in Cape Town where spiritual formation meets intellectual rigour. Theology, leadership, reconciliation, and human flourishing aren't just discussed here; they're lived. Bringing together business leaders, pastors, academics, students, and social entrepreneurs from across the globe, EMU is where diverse minds unite around faith, virtue, and the renewal of society — and where the relationships formed carry you through the year ahead. Structured around five spheres of cultural influence — Church, Family, Business, Academia, and Public Service — EMU's 80+ sessions over four days are designed to sharpen leaders across every domain of society.
EMU runs Monday through Thursday — four days of immersive plenary addresses, extended discourse sessions, and sphere-specific breakouts designed for 175–300 leaders from multiple continents. Whether you're a pastor, parent, entrepreneur, scholar, or public servant, there's a track built for your context and calling.
Sessions are organized across Church, Family, Business, Academia, and Public Service — each exploring how faith and virtue can renew every corner of society. Topics range from Kingdom-Centred Corporate Culture to Political Engagement as Christian Witness to Family Discipleship in Diverse Contexts.
EMU also serves as a gathering point for EMI's Global Students Connect and Global Leaders Connect cohorts, with pathways for ongoing formation that carry well beyond the four days.
